Accountability Architecture
Institutional Accountability Mapping is a document-led legal strategy service for cases where institutions act through hidden records, unexplained decisions, adverse data, complaint displacement or responsibility avoidance. It helps clients identify the decision, the data, the responsible body, the applicable route and the remedy. It sits at the intersection of public law, data protection, equality, human rights, administrative justice and regulatory accountability.
  • Effect Identification
What changed in the person’s life, access, status, reputation, opportunity, data profile or procedural position?
  • Record Identification
Where is the trace? Note, marker, email, log, access record, complaint record, data entry, police note, routing instruction, system audit.
  • Actor Identification
Who is originator, transmitter, holder, controller, operationaliser, reviewer, litigation defender?
  • Displacement Analysis
How the institution avoided the route? Not our remit; no decision; derivative status; security; litigation; held elsewhere; not searched; complaint miscategorised; ordinary correspondence?
  • Accountability Questioning
Exists / not held / held elsewhere / not searched / withheld / erased / reclassified / received but not allocated?
  • Remedy Architecture
Disclosure, confirmation, correction, erasure, apology, review, audit, policy route, damages, declaration, injunction, regulator referral, institutional learning
